Thomas Lagerberg, born 1958, is a pianist, choir conductor and music pedagogue from Gothenburg. He studied at the Academy of Music in Gothenburg 1979-1983, where he studied piano with Professor Dagny Norling. He has also studied composition with the Swedish composer Sven-Eric Johansson.
Thomas Lagerberg is active as choir conductor in Gothenburg, where he is director of the famous choir Lodola. He is also active as a pianist/accompanist and has toured all over Sweden. He was, for more than 30 years, director of the scholarship competition YMFE (Yamaha Music Foundation of Europe) in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
